I do not consider people who engage in the illegal activities of infringing on copyrights
or other intellectual property rights to be Nike Hercules Nuclear Veterans
I quit selling patches in 2006 and later sold a few t-shirts in 2016. I have never sold any coins.
I gave permission to an individual to sell a specific limited number of patches and coins with my Nike Hercules Nuclear Veteran art on them but these permissions were violated when without my knowledge significantly more than the permitted numbers were sold and without my knowledge others were involved in this unauthorized activity, thus invalidating my permissions making all these sales unauthorized sales. There were also illegal derivatives (similar designs with elements of my Nike Hercules Nuclear Veteran art) made without my authorization.
As a result any items with my Nike Hercules Nuclear Veteran art on them which were not bought from me (or my agent Scot Bryan, deceased 2009) or gifted directly by me are unauthorized. Those who infringed on my art are not authorized to possess nor display my art.
How to spot an illegal copy (identical design) or illegal derivative (similar design)
which infringes my Nike Hercules Nuclear Veteran art design
1. If my copyright notice as shown in the examples below was not on a patch with my art design on it, or a similar design on it, when purchased, (Copyright 2002 for patches with black background) it is an illegal copy or illegal derivative.

Illegal copies are identical to my art designs
Except they probably do not have my copyright notice attached
Some Illegal Derivatives (similar designs) Found On The Internet
(I own all rights in all illegal derivatives of my art design)
